Hi, 1st of all I just want to say that I'm not trust Watsons purchase online (click & collect) system anymore. Maybe after this I will purchase by WALK IN THEIR STORE.
This is what I order
A cancelled notification by email
I never ask for cancelled my order
They just simply cancelled that
So, I decided to claim my refund
I keep followed up about my refund via Watsons webchat service for more than 3 times
Their customer service always give the same answer :
-will check with finance dept
-refund terms will take 30 days
But unfortunately, until now I never get my refund
So suck service
A big company that just take customers advantage
So Watsons, I don't have a free time to ask about my refund because I see that you really want to take my money. So my conclusion is :
"LATE RESPONSE BECAUSE LAZY PEOPLE HANDLE IT"
